Fizzlewick Terms of Service

1. The basics

Fizzlewick is a free-to-play game made by Steel Dragons ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing Fizzlewick you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not play.

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.

2. Your account

• You can play as a guest or link a sign-in method to keep your progress across devices.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time. See how to delete your account.

3. Virtual items and currency

• Coins, gems, cosmetics, wizards, skins and other in-game items are a limited licence to use them inside Fizzlewick. You do not own them, and they have no real-world money value.
• Virtual items cannot be sold, traded for real money, or cashed out.
• Purchases made through Google Play are handled by Google and follow Google Play's refund policies, except where the law gives you other rights.
• We may rebalance, change or retire items and prices as the game evolves.

4. Play fair

To keep matches fun for everyone, you agree not to:

• cheat, use hacks, bots, modified clients or exploits, or abuse bugs;
• interfere with servers, other players' connections, or our anti-cheat measures;
• deliberately lose, boost or trade wins in ranked matches;
• harass, threaten, or abuse other players.

We use automated and manual checks to spot cheating. If you find a bug or exploit, please report it to us instead of using it.

5. Names and conduct

Player names and anything else you show to other players must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate someone else, or include personal information. We may rename or reset anything that breaks these rules.

You can block any player and report names or behaviour from the game. We review reports and may act on them as described below.

6. Suspensions and bans

If you break these terms, we may warn you, reset progress or rankings, or suspend or close your account, temporarily or permanently. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why. If you think we made a mistake, contact us at support.steeldragons@gmail.com.

7. The game can change

Fizzlewick is a live online game. We may update, change, pause or end features, modes, events or the game itself. Online play needs an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance.

8. No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise it will be error-free or always available, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for the loss of virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for important changes we will let you know in the game. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
